2025 Fair Details

Fair Details

We are hosting our fair in person at the University of Central Oklahoma on February 11th, 2025, and more information can be found below under “Day of the Fair Details”. Our Awards Ceremony will take place at the university on February 13th, 2025. We will be requiring paperwork as required by the ISEF Rules & Guidelines. Please remember that some of the forms need to be signed and dated prior to experimentation. More details on paperwork can be found on our Paperwork & Form Guide page.

There will be a $20 fee per student for participating; however, if finances would prevent your student(s) from participating, please email sciencefair@uco.edu as soon as possible.

  • Last Day to Submit Projects & Register: January 28, 2025

*If you did not submit your names for local SRC/IRB by the deadline but are still interested in participating in the 2025 fair, please email sciencefair@uco.edu as soon as possible.

Day of the Fair Details

Location:

The fair will be held at the University of Central Oklahoma in the Nigh University Center Ballrooms, located on the 3rd floor of the University Center.

Parking:

Parents and teachers will need to park in one of the Visitor Parking Lots on campus. The easiest may be on the east side of the Nigh University Center, Lot 10 on the UCO Parking Map. Please email sciencefair@uco.edu for the parking coupon.

Schedule:

8am – 9am: Registration outside of the Ballrooms in the Nigh University Center

9am-12pm: Judging for Divisions I and II

12pm: students are dismissed
