Paperwork Requirements

Both Divisions:

Students are required to submit the following paperwork (details for all forms can be found at the bottom of this page):

• Required ISEF Forms (Forms 1, 1A, 1B, Abstract, Research Plan, Bibliography)
• Other ISEF Forms that are required according to project contents (ex. Form 4 for Human Participants, IRB approvals, consent forms, etc.)

Please remember that some forms indicate that signatures are required before or after experimentation. For example, Form 1B requires a signature prior to experimentation.
