2024 Hydration Challenge

Drinking water is one of the easiest ways to ensure your body is healthy and happy. Drinking more water can lead to increased energy and help your body and brain function optimally. That’s why we are challenging faculty and staff to drink at least eight cups of water a day from June 16 – July 27.
Saddle Up Supervisor Orientation Now In-Person
