Midwest City K-9 Unit Meets with UCO Criminal Justice Students

The UCO Criminal Justice Club had the honor of hosting Midwest City Police Department’s K9 unit for an on-campus demonstration. Students witnessed firsthand the specialized training and remarkable skills of these K9 officers, from their impeccable obedience to their impressive scent detection abilities. Through interactive discussions, students gained valuable insights into the daily challenges and responsibilities faced by K9 officers. This meeting underscored the importance of teamwork and community partnerships in creating safer and more harmonious societies.
