Be sure to verify your voter registration before it is too late to register for the Board of Education General Election and Special Elections on April 7th. You can verify your registration by clicking here and using the OK Voter Portal.

The last day to register for the Board of Education General Election and Special Elections is this coming Friday, March 13th. If you aren’t registered to vote and would like to register you can come by Thatcher 121C to pick up a voter registration form. If the office is closed, they are hanging just outside the door. Turn your form into your county election board or a tag agency that issues state ID’s and drivers licenses by Friday March 13th if you would like to vote in the Board of Education General Election and Special Elections. You can also mail your form in but it must be postmarked no later than March 13th.

If you need to update your address for your Voter Registration you can do so online via the OK Voter Portal if your new address is in the same county as your old address. If you moved to a new county you must fill out a paper voter registration form.

Local elections are just as important as state and federal elections so be sure to vote this Friday. Click here to find information about the April 7th elections.

Buddy Broncho

Buddy Broncho made his first appearance in UCO's own newspaper The Vista. It was the October 3, 1932, issue where a Broncho appears wearing a UCO football uniform. He has appeared numerous times throughout the years from local Edmond papers in the 60's to state-wide papers in the 80's. The commissioning of the first ever live mascot appears in UCO's 1979 Bronze Book where Buddy Broncho made his first public appearance at Homecoming. Since that time, Buddy has been a fixture at UCO events and in the hearts of UCO students.
