A friendly reminder that we’re nearing the Oklahoma state primary elections on Tuesday, June 28th. Polling places will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day of the election. If you requested an absentee ballot and haven’t turned it in yet, they must be received, not postmarked by 7:00 PM on the day of the election. In addition, “standard” absentee ballots can be hand delivered to your county election board, but must be received by the end of the business day the Monday before the election, along with a valid proof of I.D.
For information about candidates, polling locations, I.D. options, and other questions you may have, visit the Oklahoma State Election Board’s website here.
